New Membership Payment

Membership Rates in SGD($): Annual fees are due on 1st January each year.
Admin Fee of $15 (on new yearly membership signed up/ lapsed in yearly membership renewal)

  • Yearly Membership $50 per annum + $15 admin fee.
  • Life Membership $500 (admin fee will be waived).
  • Student Membership (medical, nursing, allied health) $15 per annum + $15 admin fee.

* Member who do not renew by 31 Jan annually will be deemed lapse membership and have to pay admin fee of S$15 on their next renewal.
* Payment to be make within 24 hours of form submission. Please indicate your full name on payment made for verification purpose.
* Please take note the committee shall reserve the right to request proof of payment for verification purposes.

Payment can be made using a Paynow or Inter- bank transfer.
